AccuVision-3D is the simplest, least complicated system with an extremely short learning curve that all your techs can master. In a hi-volume shop, assign a tech for estimates, another for repairs.
Simply read the Mitchell chassis chart showing measurable points on the vehicle. Click on selected points with the hand held pointer. (There is active voice guidance during this process) Once done, click on calculate, and click on transfer tabs to transfer obtained results onto Mitchell template.

The system consists of only 2 units: Pointer and Measuring beam (Hand-held pointer and Stereo IR Receptors). There are NO complicated mechanical assemblies, NO gauges, NO adaptors, NO sensors, NO magnets etc. You don’t need to spend precious time for installation and calibration of the system. IR Receptors track the position of the pointer and immediately indicate exact coordinates of the measured point and its deviation from the database.

That completes the job.
You will have the 3D coordinates of measured points in green (within spec) or red (out of spec) with an arrow indicating direction and magnitude of pull for corrective action. (XYZ axis results will also show in mm in the screen margin). Print or Save the report in a PDF format or directly email to insurer.
